## Project

Twisana is a patent-pending factory wall system for affordable homes. The concept is to manufacture numbered wall components with finished exterior and interior surfaces, ship them on pallets, and assemble them on site quickly with far less skilled wall labor.

## Why it matters

The lowest-cost building materials in the world are wood, concrete, foam insulation, and mineral wool. Twisana is built around these simple materials and a production process intended to reduce wall cost, shorten assembly time, and lower dependence on scarce construction labor.

## Channel strategy

Standard kits can be sold through building-material stores: the customer pays in store, and the manufacturer delivers the palletized kit. Individual/custom kits can be ordered through the manufacturer's website. This distribution strategy gives national visibility and allows a new affordable-home category to reach ordinary buyers, builders, ADU customers, and crisis-housing buyers.

## Production strategy

The production line should be placed near the center of the United States for national pallet shipping. The first line should prove repeatable wall-component output, finishing, numbering, packing, and field assembly documentation. Expansion can happen through additional lines, regional plants, or licensing.
